Al Williamson: Rest In Peace.
I've just learned that Al Williamson, a former teacher of mine at the Joe Kubert School, passed away. He is one of the greatest comic book artists ever. I looked up to him as an art influence since my teenage years. Four of us students had the great opportunity to visit his home and studio one year. He will be missed. This is another very sad day, first Frazetta died in early May and now Al Williamson. I am feeling very sad.
